Morestto, with a hint of Italian in its name, brings a quiet elegance to Nimman’s vibrant coffee shop scene. Tucked just off the buzz of Nimmanhaemin Road, Morestto brings clean lines, warm wood, and a minimalist aesthetic to a former commercial building—now reimagined as a calm, design-forward space. It’s a stylish blend of Italian-inspired finesse and laid-back Northern Thai charm, ideal for a quiet coffee or a productive afternoon.

Morestto: Minimalism with a Spiral Twist
The stylish design catches your eye right from the street, where Morestto’s tall brick archways and textured lattice brickwork set a warm, Mediterranean tone. Step into the shaded porch—flanked by slender pines and lit by a playful cluster of pendant lights—before slipping into the cafe’s cool, calm world via its automatic sliding glass door.

Inside, natural light floods a double-height space. On one side, sleek bench seating with tables and chairs lines the wall; on the other, a beautifully crafted wooden alcove curves around the barista counter. But the real scene-stealer? A sculptural spiral staircase that twists its way upward like a piece of modern art—perfectly setting the tone for Morestto’s clean, modern vibe.

Upstairs Ambience: Nature, Curves, and Calm
The second floor opens into a series of cosy seating zones, clustered around an island of trees bathed in natural light from the large windows. It’s a soft, green touch that freshens the minimalist design and provides a serene focal point. The spiral staircase keeps going, leading up to a third floor with co-working and meeting spaces for hire.

Soft curves and arches are a defining feature of Morestto, uniquely softening its architectural design. This gentle motif continues in the curved forms of the furniture, creating a visual harmony that culminates in the elegant curves of the spiral staircase.

The space feels thoughtfully designed for both content creators—complete with Instagrammable corners—and those simply seeking a calm spot to work or unwind with a coffee.
