Warehouse Charm at Cottontree Coffee Roasters
Cottontree Coffee Roasters occupies a low, warehouse-style building that has a modest yet welcoming presence from the street. The whitewashed structure sits beneath a tall corrugated metal roof edged with terracotta tiles, giving it a lightly industrial base softened by warmer touches. A wide cream awning stretches across the front, printed with the cafe’s name in simple black lettering, while black-framed windows tilt open beneath it. With its compact proportions and straightforward frontage — complete with a round hanging logo sign — the building feels simple and unpretentious.
A row of potted plants, from small shrubs to taller tropical foliage, lines the front in mismatched containers, creating a small garden-like buffer between the cafe and the concrete forecourt.
